We are excited to host the Vendor Exhibit at the 2024 Los Angeles Guitar Festival. Our vendors have always been an integral aspect of the Los Angeles Guitar Festival. They significantly add to the musical atmosphere and greatly enhance the experience of those who attend. Luthiers and guitar-related manufacturers are often relegated to the blurry background of the guitar world. We believe they are an integral part of the guitar world and are excited to welcome the world's foremost luthiers and guitar-related manufacturers.

DETAILS

  • The vendor exhibit hall is open to a maximum of 50 vendors who will be given access on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Each vendor will have access to the entire gamut of what the festival offers. This includes all the headliner concerts, workshops, master classes and on-site meals.

  • The cost for each vendor display table is the same as the general admittance fee for all other attendees ($449).There are no additional fees beyond the festival registration fee required for a spot in the exhibit hall. To purchase the tickets click here. 

  • All vendors will be located in the same exhibit hall but the specific location of a vendor's display table will be offered in order of signups. 

  • The vendor exhibit hall will open for access and setup on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 12:00 AM. 

  • There will be three additional rooms available where luthiers will be able to showcase their instruments in a more private setting. These spaces will be available throughout the duration of the festival and we ask that each room would not be occupied for more than 20 minutes at a time. 

  • Each vendor assumes full responsibility for his or her merchandise and is solely responsible to secure and protect it.
